• Vouchers are combinable for extended stay.
• Packages are valid for foreigners and MyKad Holders
• Children classified height 90cm and below 12 years old.
• Multiple vouchers can be purchased and redeemed.

Policies:

• No refund or cancellations allowed upon confirmation of bookings.
• No refund is permitted once voucher is being purchased.
• No amendment allowed after booking is made.
• No-shows forfeit Fave voucher and no refund applicable.
• Hotel check-in: 3:00pm; check-out: 12:00pm

Surcharges:

• Surcharges will be imposed for stay during Friday, Saturday, School holidays and Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
